SideSwipeSide Swipe is owned and operated by Mythora Studios. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a binding agreement, and not barred by law from using the app.
2. Your Account
One account per person unless we allow otherwise in writing. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
3. KYC
To use the platform you must complete KYC by providing your name, mobile number, email and PAN. We may suspend accounts with incomplete or false KYC.
4. Card Information
We never ask for your full card number, expiry date, CVV, net-banking password or UPI PIN. We only store the card name/bank, type and, optionally, the last 4 digits for your reference.
5. Orders and Payments
Orders must be placed within 24 hours of acceptance. Every transaction is strictly between the Earner (who places the order) and the Saver (who receives the product). Side Swipe is not a party to that transaction and does not guarantee either user's conduct.
6. Taxes
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on money you earn through the app.
7. Suspension
If we believe you have breached these Terms or our Privacy Policy, or we detect suspicious activity, we may suspend or delete your account without prior notice.
8. Content
Content or feedback you submit may be used, hosted, reproduced, modified or published by us to operate and improve our services.
9. Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi. Unresolved disputes go to mediation, and if not resolved within 60 days, to arbitration in New Delhi.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect when posted. Continued use for 7 days or more after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
